Conditions of the Sale:

• If this kitten dies within the first year of life due to an inherited life-threatening genetic disease including FIP, HCM, PKD, the Buyer must inform the Seller & provide a necropsy from a certified veterinarian. Seller will then replace the kitten with one of equal quality as soon as possible. No refunds will be given.
• Seller guarantees that this kitten is healthy to the best of her knowledge. This kitten is guaranteed for 72 hours against but not limited to the following ailments: upper respiratory infection, internal and external parasites, and against FeLV / FIV.
• The Buyer has 72 hours to take the kitten to the veterinarian for a health exam, if any health concerns are found, the Buyer may return the kitten to the Seller within 72 hours with an explanation from the attending veterinarian. No medical or travel charges will be refunded, only the cost of the kitten.
• During the first 72 hours the kitten should be isolated from any other pets and monitored for health, eating, litter box usage, and activity level.
• The Buyer understands that the Seller is not responsible for any medical/veterinary bills or traveling expenses accrued during the kitten’s life and is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
• The Seller is not responsible for any injury or illness to other pets caused by exposure to it.
• Under no circumstances will this kitten be used for breeding or sold, leased, or given away to any breeder, cattery, pet store, research laboratory, or similar facility.
• This kitten will not be declawed under any circumstances, will be kept indoors, and will not be allowed to roam freely outdoors.
• If this kitten was purchased whole, it is agreed that the kitten will be altered between 6 - 8 months old and proof of alter sent to the Seller. TICA registration papers will then be given.
• This kitten will NOT be given any 4-way vaccinations to include FeLV, Chlamydia, Corona, Bordetella, or FIP due to dangerous reactions but ONLY the FVRCP 3-way vaccine.
• Rabies will NOT be given until 6 months or afterwards and NEVER in conjunction with FVRCP.
• We do not recommend any further vaccinations over the life of the cat. No further Rabies or FVRCP vaccinations after the initial 1st Rabies and FVRCP series.
• Failure to follow any of these recommendations voids our warranty and guarantee.
• By signing this contract below, the buyer agrees not to pursue any legal litigation, or threaten legal action, against the Seller or post remarks of defamation or slander against the Seller and her cattery
