We are aware that emergencies and unforeseen situations may arise and that a family no may no longer want a kitten. In this situation the deposit will be forfeited. A deposit holds a specific kitten. While a kitten is on hold that kitten misses the opportunity to find its forever family. After a family cancels, many times we have to lower the kitten price due to the kitten now being older then 12 wks old and it becomes challenging to find a family willing to take on an older kitten. For this reason, the forfeited deposit goes towards the losses we incurred.
